How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping then takes about 5–7 business days, and expedited shipping about 2–3 business days, depending on your location. Larger mowers and equipment may ship by freight and take a little longer; the estimated window is shown at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
What is your return policy?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're in the same condition you received them. Customers cover return shipping. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
How do I start a return or cancel an order?
Email us at support@yardreadymowers.com with your order number. You can cancel any order before it has shipped; after that, you can request a return once it arrives.
Do your mowers come with a warranty?
Most products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. See our Warranty Policy for details on what's covered and how to make a claim.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. Your payment information is processed securely.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@yardreadymowers.com with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right.
