At Yard Ready Mowers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging where applicable.

Certain items may not be eligible for return for safety or hygiene reasons, including items damaged through misuse or normal wear.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@yardreadymowers.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We'll respond with instructions on where and how to send your return.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order at any time before the item has been fulfilled (shipped). Once an item has been fulfilled, the order can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a return once it arrives, subject to the terms above.

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@yardreadymowers.com with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@yardreadymowers.com with photos and your order number. We'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
