Thank you for shopping with Yard Ready Mowers. This policy explains how and when we ship your orders.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive an order confirmation email. You'll receive a separate notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take a few additional days—we'll notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Standard shipping: typically 5–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited shipping (if available): typically 2–3 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Because mowers and lawn equipment can be large or heavy, some items may ship freight and require additional handling time; any such items will note longer delivery windows at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Freight and Oversized Items

Larger mowers and equipment may be delivered by freight carrier. For freight deliveries, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please make sure someone is available to receive and inspect the item at the time of delivery.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged in transit, note the damage on the delivery receipt where possible and contact us within 48 hours at support@yardreadymowers.com with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue.

Lost or Stuck Shipments

If your tracking hasn't updated or your package appears lost, contact us at support@yardreadymowers.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate it. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
