Manufacturer's Warranty

Most products sold by Yard Ready Mowers are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms—including length of coverage and what is included—vary by manufacturer and product. Please refer to the documentation included with your product, or contact us if you're unsure what applies to your item.

What Is Typically Covered

Manufacturer warranties generally cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. They typically do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper maintenance
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Consumable or wear parts (such as blades, belts, filters, and spark plugs) beyond their expected service life
  • Use that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a defect covered by warranty, contact us at support@yardreadymowers.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We'll help you determine whether the issue is covered and guide you through the manufacturer's claim process.

Damaged on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged or defective, this is handled under our Return and Refund Policy rather than the warranty process. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

Your Responsibilities

To keep your warranty valid, please read and follow all manufacturer instructions, perform recommended maintenance, and use the product only as intended. Keep your proof of purchase, as it may be required for any claim.
